If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange any non-customized item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in new condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if your custom item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to resolve the issue promptly and professionally.

To preserve the beauty and quality of your tallit for years to come, we recommend dry cleaning only.

Avoid machine washing, hand washing, or tumble drying, as these may damage the fabric, weaving, and delicate details. Store your tallit in a dry place, preferably in its protective bag, when not in use.

Is the tallit kosher? Yes — every tallit is made to halachic standards, with your choice of tzitzit tying custom and optional tekhelet.

Can I customize the atarah? Yes — choose a traditional verse or add your own custom embroidery.

How long does a made-to-order tallit take? Typically 2–4 weeks, as each piece is handwoven to order.
